BUYING TOUR SPECIFICS

THURSDAY - Each tour starts with a Thursday Introduction at 8:30 PM "Meet & Greet"...This is an informal group setting designed so that we all have an opportunity to network and meet everyone on the tour, including the REIA NYC Power Team.

FRIDAY - You will meet the power team and learn about how they can help you get the most out of the REIA NYC Buying Tour experience. You will be given your REIA NYC Buying Tour Manual and Educational Materials and begin analysis of Detroit Metro area market. Panel discussions, etc.

SATURDAY - Saturday morning, we will give you your property manuals and depart on the limo bus at 10am sharp and we will be on the bus until approx. 3:00pm. Lunch will be provided for you on the bus. "Power Team" members such as contractor, inspectors and real estate agents will be on the bus as well to answer questions and go through the process with you LIVE. Dinner is from 6:00 – 7:30 PM. We start back up again for a review & analysis, Q & A, offer writing and number crunching session at 7:30 PM and will conclude sometime around 9:30 PM. The REIA NYC team of mentors and agents will be available to answer questions and write your offers. Attorney Martin and her team will also be available to speak to each of you in small groups or individually.

SUNDAY - Sunday morning all students depart the hotel as their flights are scheduled. You may choose to add a day or two to the trip at your own expense, if you choose to stay longer to explore the city and check out additional properties.

REIA NYC is known for our educational buying tours. We welcome seasoned and newbie investors alike, although you must go through a qualification process to attend. We only do these tours in cities we personally invest or have previously invested in ourselves. In addition, we work with very small groups so that the experience is a more fulfilling experience for each investor. There are no sales "pitches" on our tours-these events are purely educational and a very rewarding hands on learning experience.

Our tours sell out well in advance, so be sure to book your spot early as we only take very small groups (8 - 15 investors) to each city. Approximately one week before the departure date for the tour, you will receive an email with all of the specifics and the tour itinerary.
