Structured Networking Session: Come early and network with other real estate investors from all over the New York City Metro. Many of our Business Associates will be hosting tables making it convenient to talk with them about specific questions you may have. This is an excellent time to build your team of advisors and providers.

 »

Guest Speaker: A local or national speaker delivers an educational, entertaining and informative presentation on an area of interest to the real estate investor.

How to Profit from Foreclosures and Bankruptcy Issues

For any number of reasons, sometimes real estate owners encounter hard times and are forced to relinquish real estate. When this happens, the mortgage holder or lender is forced to take back the property. With VA and FHA loans, the US Government is ultimately responsible for purchasing the property back. With conventional loans, a mortgage company or lender is responsible.

The US Government and lenders want nothing to do with the properties and would like to resell them as quickly as possible. After all, lenders are in the lending business, not in the real estate business. That’s where YOU come in. You can help them with their problem and help yourself in the process.

This is an interactive meeting for beginner & seasoned investors to discuss foreclosure and bankruptcy topics amongst ourselves:

-Lender REOs (Real Estate Owned)

-US Veterans Affairs (VA) Foreclosures

-US Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Homes

-How to Purchase

-Bankruptcy Issues
